Call for Abstracts Guidelines

Abstract submission for Chlamy2010 is now closed!

The deadline for submission of abstracts was May 1, 2010.

Platform talks have been selected from among those abstracts that arrived before March 15 and that indicated "platform or poster". Selected talks are listed in the full schedule on the Program page. All other abstracts will be presented as posters (see instructions below).

Poster Instructions

Poster boards have a 44 x 44 inch (112 x 112 cm) display surface. Posters may be mounted with tacks or velcro. Poster abstracts will be numbered in the Program Book, and each poster will be displayed during one poster session: Session A for odd numbered posters and Session B for even numbered posters.

Session A posters should be put onto appropriately numbered poster boards in Mars Hall on Monday morning, June 7. Session A posters will be discussed 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM on both Monday and Tuesday, and should be removed before 10:00 PM Tuesday evening. Session B posters should be put up Wednesday morning; posters will be discussed 4:30 - 6:00 PM on Wednesday and 1:30 - 3:00 PM on Thursday, and should be removed before 10:00 PM Thursday evening.
